Iranian Navy Targets US Destroyer’s Command Center

The Iranian Navy announced that it has targeted the command and control center of a US destroyer in response to hostile actions against Iranian vessels.

In a statement released on Wednesday night, the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran said that it had struck the command center responsible for acts of aggression against Iranian commercial ships in the Sea of Oman.

“Hours ago, following the aggressive actions, violation of the regulations of the Strait of Hormuz, and acts of malice against Iranian commercial vessels in the Sea of Oman by the terrorist and aggressor US military, the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, immediately upon detecting and identifying the source, targeted the ‘command and control center’ of this act of malice, which was stationed aboard a US destroyer that intended to approach the waters of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Sea of Oman,” the statement said.

The Navy stressed that it is closely monitoring the “criminal and aggressor American-Zionist enemy” and vowed a strong response to any further hostile acts.

“The Navy is monitoring the criminal and aggressor American-Zionist enemy with all its capabilities and will take the most severe revenge for the pure blood of the proud martyrs of the Dena destroyer. It will confront any act of malice in the shortest possible time,” the statement added.
